About Kelly Kinzer

Head of Construction, Zurich North America

Kelly Kinzer is the U.S. National Accounts Head of Construction for Zurich North America. She is accountable for delivering underwriting results and driving sales execution, talent management strategies and innovative products and services.
Kelly's underwriting experience is complemented by her prior broking experience.


In 2019, she rejoined Zurich, where she initially started her career. Kelly has worked closely with owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors to develop innovative first-party and third-party risk transfer solutions. 


Kelly graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in finance.
