Lyndsey Christofer is Executive Vice President, Construction and Real Estate & Hospitality (REH) Industry Practice Leader. Based in New York City, Ms. Christofer is responsible for leading a broad team of dedicated construction and REH underwriting and service specialists across multiple lines of business to deliver customized and innovative insurance solutions. Ms. Christofer also oversees Chubb’s primary casualty line of business for REH clients, as well as the primary casualty and excess liability lines of business for large account construction clients and projects.
Ms. Christofer brings almost two decades of actuarial and underwriting experience to her role, having held various leadership positions throughout her career. She joined legacy ACE as Assistant Vice President, New York Regional Manager for Primary Construction in January 2013 and has continued to take on additional responsibility within the division over the past ten years. Most recently in December 2022, REH was brought under her leadership in addition to Construction. Prior to joining ACE, Ms. Christofer served at AIG in underwriting and leadership roles for Excess Construction and Private Client Group. She began her career as an Actuarial Analyst at AIG in 2005.
Ms. Christofer graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and was named a 2022 'Woman to Watch' by Business Insurance.
